Ådalsvollen Pilegrimslodge is peacefully situated in nature and is an ideal stop for pilgrims and hikers along St. Olav’s Way, as well as for guests seeking tranquility, quality, and comfort in beautiful surroundings.
The lodge offers accommodation in a dormitory with six beds. To ensure a calm and pleasant stay, the dormitory is never occupied by more than four guests unless you are traveling together. The interior is designed in a tasteful and refined style, with a focus on quality, comfort, and a warm atmosphere that allows for proper rest and recovery after a long day of hiking.
Bed linen is included, and guests can settle into a soft and comfortable bed.
Guests have access to inviting indoor and outdoor common areas for relaxation and socializing, as well as a lovely terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture — perfect for enjoying the silence, the surrounding nature, and peaceful evenings. After a day on the trail, you can take a refreshing dip in the river, listen to birdsong, and end the day around the fire before retreating for the night.
Bathroom facilities with toilet and shower are located in a modern adjacent building. A homemade dinner based on locally sourced ingredients from Inderøy Slakteri awaits in the refrigerator and can be easily reheated. In addition, bread, spreads, granola, and yogurt are provided for breakfast and packed lunches. All meals are included in the price. Gluten-free and vegan options are available for an additional fee.
Located directly along the pilgrimage route, surrounded by forest, river, and stillness, Ådalsvollen Pilegrimslodge offers a carefully curated and comfortable stay — a place to slow down, refresh yourself, and continue your journey with renewed energy. It is also the perfect place to take a rest day before the next stage of your walk.
