Safe family tour with guide This is a family‑friendly via ferrata tour led by an experienced guide. The tour is adapted to the group’s pace, and the guide ensures safety, support, and good flow throughout the climb.
Instruction and equipment at BaseCamp Before the tour begins, the family receives full via ferrata equipment and a practical introduction to how it is used. The guide ensures that everyone feels confident before departure.
Age and weight requirements Participants must be at least 12 years old and weigh between 40 and 120 kg for the energy absorber to function correctly. This is a mandatory safety requirement.
Health and physical condition The tour is suitable for families in normal physical condition. We do not recommend participation for individuals with heart conditions, severe fear of heights, or other factors that may affect safety.
Weather conditions The tour cannot be carried out in poor weather. Strong wind, thunderstorms, heavy rain, or other unsafe conditions may require the tour to be postponed or cancelled. A new time or refund will be offered in case of cancellation.
Route options In the upper part of the route, there are three different final sections. The guide helps the group choose a suitable route, and it may be possible to split the group if conditions and safety allow. This is decided by the guide during the tour.
Escape route There is a clearly marked escape route after the first climbing wall for families who prefer a shorter or less exposed tour.
